By accessing or using Review Buddy, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Review Buddy is a customer communication and review automation service that sends SMS and email messages on behalf of businesses.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree that:
- You have obtained proper consent from your customers before submitting their contact information
- You will not use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
- You will comply with all applicable laws
4. Messaging & Communication Terms
Messages are sent on your behalf.
- Message frequency may vary
- Message and data rates may apply
- Customers can opt out by replying STOP
- Customers can request help by replying HELP
- Email recipients can unsubscribe via email link
Messages may be delayed or not delivered.
Carriers are not liable.
5. Payments & Subscription
- Services are billed monthly
- Payments must be made on time
- Failure to pay may result in suspension

No spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.

No guarantee of reviews, rankings, or revenue.
10. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Termination
- Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
- No partial refunds.
